Skills :

1. Troubleshooting hardware / networking / OS related queries of our global customers over phone that involves working in different time zones.
2. Good communication skills.
3. Take calls from Global customers and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally.
4. Deal with a wide range of products using a powerful information database.
5. Provide remote solutions to problems , probe problems and explain the solution in such a manner that technical users understand
6. Flexible to work in shifts.
7. BE / B.tech graduates between 2011 to 2014 pass outs can apply.

CTC : As per company standards ( close to 18k per month + Incentives + Cab + bonus )
