Role : Junior Software Developer



Qualification : BE / B.tech ( ECE / CSE / IS / EEE / IT ) / MCA 2013 and 2014 batch

Skills :

  1. Candidate must be a graduate from any recognized university
  2. Must have an aggregate of 60% throughout academics
  3. Must have excellent communication skills.
Selection Process :

  1. Vimarshana Conducts first level of screening and shortlisted candidates will be offered to solutionize for their interview and selection process
  2. Solutionize selected candidate will be enrolled for trainng at Vimarshana
  3. Enrolled candidates will be issued the conditional offer letter from solutionize
  4. After full training completion at vimarshana bangalore, candidates will be assessed by solutionize on the topics trained. Based on the performance , candidates will be offered promising job opportunities
  5. Bright participants may be absorbed in live project during the training period itself. Their training will continue 'on the job' in such case with a stipend paid to them during this period.
Training Fee : A total of 30,000 has to be paid by the candidate. First installment of rs.20,000 will be payable at the time of enrollment. Balance will be payable at the starting of 3rd week.

training will be there for 8 weeks ( 5 days a week ) on Ruby-on-Rails ( ROR ) in detail along with Object oriented DBMS ( ODBMS ) , frontend framework like twitter bootstrap / zurb foundation and jquery .

Unsuccessful candidates after solutionize post training assessment will have the option to work on internal practice projects for a period of three months. This exercise will give candidates better understanding of the concepts and increase the chances of getting placed during the period. Solutionize will provide a stipend of rs 6000 per month during this training period. This option is subject to clearing minimum parameters.
