  5. Troubleshoot and fix issues reported by QA , customers and business Partners.
  6. Design and develop robust, scalable and high quality products.
  7. Excellent Customer Handling and Escalation management ability.
  8. Must be able to understand and work through complex process to resolve customer issues.
  9. Must be able to work with people and teams based in different countries.
  10. Abilities to work 24X7.
  11. Will be required to handle and answer all request via all mediums (phone and offline) as per the process guidelines.
  12. Basic computer knowledge and good typing speed.

On October 6, 2014, Hewlett-Packard announced plans to split the PC and printers business from its enterprise products and services business. The split is expected to close by October 2015 and will result in two publicly traded companies: Hewlett-Packard Enterprise and HP, Inc.
