- Good communication skills

- Must have basic knowledge of MS Office
- Good Communication competency - be able to express the problem to the stake holders
- Knowledge of using Service Desk Tools.
- To be able to get work done and persistent follow up till logical closure of issues
- MS Office skills and computer operations , terminologies of IT environment
- To have keen interest in working / supporting / managing Help Desk function.
- Understanding user needs and converting them into service activity.
