Mphasis Hiring Freshers as Member of Application Team , Jobs for freshers | 2014 Batch Freshers | Jobs in Bangalore

Job Location : Bangalore / Pune / Chennai / Mumbai / Mangalore
 
Role : Application Team Member

Qualification : BE / B.tech ( CS / IT / IS / ECE ) 2014 Batch Freshers only

Skills : 

  1. Candidate must have a minimum of 60% marks in graduation
  2. The candidate need to be flexible to get allocated to any Mphasis Operating Location
  3. The students need to be flexible to take up any technology and the work shift timings that would be allocated for them for training and deployment there afterwards

CTC : 

  1. The candidate will be hired at 'Level 1 ' for 6 months at INR 120000 /- . They will remain at Level 1 for 6 months irrespective of them getting deployed earlier to projects
  2. The candidate will be moved to 'Level 2 ' after 6 months at INR 250000 /- .
Bond Period :  24 Months , in case of defaulter, an Amount of INR 1,00,000 will be recovered from the employee.

Interview Process : 
  1. First Round - AMCAT Test ( Aptitude )
  2. Second Round - Panel Interview
  3. Third Round - Communication Test
Interview Venue : 

All the rounds of interview will be conducted to all the participants at Mphasis, ELLA , Near Morgans Gare, Mangalore - 575005.
