Skills :

1.  Should have 55% in 10th, 12th and gradudation
2. 2013 Passouts are only eligible
3. Should have excellent communication skills

 Selection Process : 

1. Selection by people logic- (Basic Aptitude test , Tech Fundamentals , Interview / GD)
2. Selection by microland - interview ( Communication and Technical) and HR 
3. Final Assessment by Microland after training
