Job Details :
- Infrastructure Event Monitoring and Management using various monitoring tools and consoles.
- L1 support functions for multiple technologies like Windows, Mainframes, Networking, Storage and Database.
- Incidents remediation for multiple clients in ticketing tools like ITSM 7.6 and 7.1 , remedy 6.0 and service center.
- Update / create documentations like standard operating procedure (SOP) / Knowledge base at regular intervals.
- Functions as a members of global ISM (cRIM) command center in coordinating with the onsite team of scheduling and change activities and handle Global Turnover calls as per defined processes.
- Coordinating with vendors as per documented process.
- Should be able to clearly understand customer situations and customer SLR and act accordingly.
- Escalations to resolve groups as per defined escalation procedures.
