4. Service agreement - 18 Months.

6. Open to work in a 24 X 7 environment.

Job Description :

• Independent troubleshooting with SLA.
• Manage customer escalation.
• Implementations of Six Sigma Projects.
• Identify avenue for value adds and present value add service.
• Participate in Talent Management meetings.
• Update the knowledge base.
• Participate in monthly QA Audits.
• Working on network device / Unix Server / Storage Devices.

Compensation : 

• Selected Candidate will be offered a salary of INR  2.16LPA (for first 3 months).
• Post successful completion of 3 months INR 2.75 LPA.
