1. The candidate should be BE/BTech/Arts & Science graduate from any recognized university 
2. The candidate should have good communication and typing skills
3. Working knowledge of MS office
4. Knowledge of coding, testing, debugging
5. Working knowledge of the technical platforms of the project
6. Applies design specifications techniques under supervision of the module leader/Project Lead
7. Involved in coding, testing, debugging
8. Responsible for delivery of assigned work, under a module lead or team lead supervision. Needs to understand technology and quality processes within Cognizant
9. Within own team or department at operational level
10. Client interaction in some cases
